Robert officially proposed on 9-20-12 outside of The Chart House Miami Restaurant. No official wedding date has been set but we are working on wedding details as of now.

Roberts Coming Home

Robert will officially be coming home for a short visit on 9/15! He will be with us for 14days. While I wish it could be forever I am to excited to make the most of those days. I simply can't wait for him to see our daughters again. I plan to take many pictures and post them on the site.

Little Teeth

Both girls officially have two teeth each you can feel and see on their bottom jaw. Rob and I both can't believe how quickly they are growing up.

Hurricane Isaac

The Hurricane is well past my Tampa area now. It did not do much of any damage but it gave us quite a few tornado warnings and watches.

Robert was evacuated from his base to Albany, Ga. He felt it was unnecessary and was truly hoping it didn't have to happen. He said this would mess up the dates he selected for leave, but I am crossing my fingers that he will get the same dates or at least that same week. I received a text when he finally arrived to his new location, but it was short lived since his phone was dying and I am not certain if they would give him a location to charge his cell while there. The hurricane doesn't look like it will hit Pensacola at all. So hopefully he can come back to his base soon!

Now that Robert is in Pensacola, Fl I am hoping to see him this month. Once he finishes Induct I will be able to get a better idea of which weekend the twins and I can drive up to see him. Either the 24th or the 31st. When he moves to a new base he has to start his phases all over again. So for now he is in Phase one, and he will not be able to stay off base overnight on the weekend until phase 3, unless he gets approved for leave before then!! Crossing fingers that they let him take that leave. I've been told by so many military spouses that leave is very difficult to get granted during A-school, especially in Pensacola. So I am hoping by Monday the 20th I can get word of when I can take that 7 hour drive to see him! I cant believe its been 4 months since he has seen the babies. They have changed drastically!

Just Keep Swimming

The girls had their first experience of being in the pool today. They both seemed a little hesitant at first, but truly loved it after they became use to it all. They were kicking their legs and placing their faces in the water. They couldn't get enough. I wanted to train them myself for swimming but I am a little afraid of teaching them to go under water so I will leave that to a professionals lol,,, Below are some pictures from their adventure..

Rough Night

Around bedtime last night Liliana had a fever of 100, Her body felt so hot. Juliana was a little warm but no where as bad. But things got worse as they sleept and I was up every hour giving pacifiers to them and calming them. Moments like these I miss the help of Robert.

Shots and More Shots

Today the girls had their 6 month appt, They received three shots today, two in one thigh and one in the other! Poor babies. They cried so hard but bounced back like nothing ever happened. Hopefully it stays that way, their last visit at 3 months they got fevers after. I can't believe how fast they are growing. They roll over everywhere so they officially are never on the couch anymore. They sit up soooo well!

They also started eating foods at 4months after their doctor approved it. I make their baby food with the baby bullet. It makes me feel even more amazing when I know exactly whats in the food they are eating. They seem to truly love it!

We received good news this week that Robert will be stationed in Florida for awhile for "A" school. He actually arrives later this evening. I plan to eventually drive up to see him so we can have some family time. But I am hoping he also gets approved for a few days of leave so he can come home with us.
